General Information

As Funeral Directors, our role is to take overall responsibility for arranging and supervising the funeral, supporting you with clear guidance and practical help throughout. We understand how overwhelming this time can be, and we aim to make the process as steady and manageable as possible.

We meet with families wherever is most comfortable for them, whether at home, in a nursing home, hospital or at our funeral home. Our focus is always on your wishes, your pace and your needs.

CARING FOR THE FAMILY

We provide support at each stage of the arrangements, including:

• Ensuring that every aspect of the funeral reflects your wishes, religious preferences or personal choices
• Offering clear guidance and advice whenever needed
• Providing information and assistance before, during and after the funeral
• Helping with documentation, including guidance on obtaining a Death Certificate
• Arranging contact with a bereavement counsellor if requested
• Being available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Our aim is to be a steady and reliable presence from the moment you get in touch.

CARING FOR THE PERSON WHO HAS DIED

We look after the person who has died with dignity and respect at all times.
Our care includes:

• Preparation and presentation for viewing
• Embalming carried out by trained professionals

Families are welcome to discuss any preferences they may have for viewing or visitation.

ARRANGING THE FUNERAL

We take care of every practical detail, including:

• Coordinating with churches, cemeteries, crematoria and celebrants
• Organising notices for newspapers and online platforms
• Arranging florists, musicians, soloists and other contributors
• Managing all third-party payments and fees on your behalf
• Assisting with documentation before and after the funeral
• Addressing any questions or concerns you may have at any stage

Our role is to help plan the funeral you want, within an agreed budget, and to oversee each part of the arrangements so you can focus on your family and visitors.

CAR HIRE

Additional cars can be arranged at the request of the family.
